Out With the Old
This is not my ultra sound. But I did have one for my gallbladder.
Thoughts on this whole ordeal:
1. Gallbladder ‘pains’ are painful. If this is my gallbladder. Anytime you eat anything with slightly any amount of fat, you hurt.
2. Ultrasounds when you are not pregnant are kinda weird.
3. But they WARM the gel stuff for you. I remember my mo saying it was really cold when she...
Awful
I had a terrible conversation with my mom tonight. It was all about being her friend, not her child. In the end, I said a lot of things that would make her feel better but left me miserable.
I need a support group for oldest of four children. Oh my, I thought jr high was tough for me.
At home.
St. Louis is just so familiar. The people even look different.
However, waking up to a head of sinus pressure reminds me of southern benefits.

I’m hosting a little dinner party in honor of my 25th birthday a week from Thursday. Too many people are coming over for a true, sit down affair and I’m a vegetarian… which makes the menu a little tricky.
Here is what I’m thinking:
veggies w/ roasted red pepper dip and hummus
Tuscan bean dip w/ toasted pita bread
bean salad with walnuts and feta
eggplant rollatini
mushrooms...
