La Boheme
Stumbled onto a pair of tickets for tomorrow night to see ‘La Boheme.’ This is my first opera. Something tells me it won’t be much like ‘Pretty Woman.’
Something does tell me I’ll leave singing “They call me…Mimi.”
Rainy Sunday
In a few minutes I’m out the door to go to brunch with a friend who moved to DC. I really like when friends move away and their significant others stay behind - I get to see them more frequently! But I feel bad for any long distance relationship.

A New Level
Last night I told Evan our relationship reached a new level.
At 3:00 AM on Saturday I woke up puking and wretching my guts out of my body. 7 times before 6:00 AM. I sent a delirious text message to my bosses (we had Saturday School that morning) that said “I having been puking since 3 AM. What do I do!?”
My bosses responded with ‘Go to the hospital?’ So I did.

Sad news.

I found out this afternoon that a good friend from high school passed away in a car accident. It’s sad enough when someone so young dies so suddenly, but she is leaving behind a husband, a baby, and they were expecting another.
Things like this make me really doubt that there is any rhyme and reason to the way things happen in life.
